Submission of Research Papers:

Australian Academic Publishing and Educational Services (AAP&ES) invites Scientists, Academicians, and Researchers to submit their original research/review articles for publication after a thorough review by professionals in the same field.

Original research/review articles in the areas of Science, Art, Management, Technology, and allied fields are invited for publication in quality quarterly subscriptions of AAP. AAP employs a peer-review process for selecting papers for publication. All papers will be refereed and peer-reviewed by at least two experts.

Authors are requested to read and follow the submission guidelines carefully before submitting their papers.

AAP Paper Submission Standards and Guidelines

Submission Process

In the first instance, authors should submit an abstract of no more than 500 words describing the content of the proposed paper and demonstrating how it addresses the journal’s themes.

Following an initial review process, selected authors will be invited to submit a full paper. Articles should be between 3000-6000 words in length.

Guidelines for Author(s):

Australian Academic Publishing (AAP) aims to disseminate original research through society on an open-access platform. To achieve our goals with the highest standards, each paper must comply with authenticity requirements. Therefore, each author, while writing/submitting the research paper, must adhere to the following AAP author guidelines:

  • The research paper/review article must be original. The content of the research paper must not be copied from any other sources. AAP maintains a zero-tolerance policy against plagiarism and promotes the publication of only original research work.
  • Each published research paper undergoes checks to ensure the authenticity of the research. Therefore, author(s) are advised to comply with AAP’s plagiarism policy.
  • The submitted research paper should represent a logical analysis and study demonstrating the significance of the research.
  • The research paper should be sent to AAP in .doc/.docx file format. No other format will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Each research paper will undergo a review process cycle lasting at least 10 working days. Meanwhile, author(s) will be regularly updated on the status of the submitted research work.
  • Authors of published research papers can request any supporting documents related to the review process of their selected research paper. This includes the Reviewer report, Originality report study, and final editorial report.
  • All communication with AAP must be conducted via email, with proper referencing of the research paper.

Guidelines for Formatting:

AAP maintains consistency in the formatting and structure of all published research papers by strictly adhering to international norms and standards validated for scholarly journals.

To achieve the set standards, AAP individually focuses on publishing high-quality research papers by thoroughly checking and ensuring format consistency before final publication.

With these points in mind and to set a benchmark for all publications, we have devised a simple 4-step process to provide a quality publication experience:

  • Palatino Linotype font with 12-point size is recommended for paper submission.
  • Draft your research paper according to the attached AAP paper submission template.
  • Single-column format is recommended for papers with full-page tables, figures, and appendices.
  • Double-column format is recommended for papers with small tables, figures, and appendices.

Once the final formatting is complete, the research paper will be sent to the corresponding author(s) for proofreading to ensure complete coverage, consistency, and adherence to defined standards.
